Sponsorship opportunities are offered in increments of $1,000, $3,000, $5,000, $7,500, $10,000, and $15,000 each with its own set of benefits!

Bronze Sponsor – $1,000 

  • Logo in all publications
  • Logo recognition in promotional emails and newsletters
  • Double exhibitor booth space, registration for up to 2 attendees

Friday Night Dessert & Drinks Social – $3,000  (Taken!)

  • This special sponsorship opportunity will take place on the first night of MOSAC following the Celebration of Afterschool. This event is scheduled from 8-11:00 pm and will include a variety of bite-sized desserts and dessert bars, 1 complimentary drink ticket, and then a cash bar. The sponsor will be announced just before the close of the Celebration of Afterschool as attendees are invited to the evening social, will have its logo imprinted on the complimentary drink ticket, logo and signage in the social space, and will be recognized by event host at least three times during the event. In addition to this-the sponsor will also receive its logo in all publications, logo recognition in all emails and newsletters, and a double booth with up to 3 attendees.

Silver Sponsor – $5,000

  • Logo in all publications
  • Logo recognition in promotional emails and newsletters
  • Recognition at first general session
  • Sponsor may speak briefly during breakfast Saturday morning or submit a 2 minute video to be played during breakfast
  • Double exhibitor booth space, registration for up to 4 attendees

Saturday Night Themed Social – $7,500  (Taken!)

  • This special sponsorship opportunity will take place on the second night of MOSAC when the attendance of the conference will be at peak. This is typically a themed event (such as Casino Night, Glow Party, etc.) and is scheduled from 8-10:00 pm. The social includes a variety of Desserts including ice cream bars, cookies, cake, 2 complimentary drink tickets, and then an open cash bar. The sponsor will be announced just before the close of the Saturday lunch keynote and then again during the Saturday Afternoon Snack break and Youth Marketplace in the Exhibit Hall. This sponsor will have its logo imprinted on the complimentary drink tickets, logo and signage in the social space, and will be recognized by event host at least five times during the social event. In addition to this-the sponsor will also receive its logo in all publications, logo recognition in all emails and newsletters, recognition at the second general session, may speak at speak briefly at the Saturday lunch, or submit a 2 minute video to be played at lunch and a double exhibitor space with registration for up to 4 attendees.

Gold Sponsor – $10,000

  • Logo in all publications
  • Logo recognition in promotional emails and newsletters
  • Logo option for conference t-shirt sleeve, bag, or lanyard
  • Recognition at every general session
  • Logo in booklet and on check-in signage
  • Sponsor will be recognized for providing lunch/dinner and may speak during lunch/dinner or submit a promotional video to be played before lunch/dinner
  • Double exhibitor booth space, registration for up to 4 attendees

Platinum Sponsor – $15,000 (Taken!)

  • Logo in all publications
  • Logo recognition in promotional emails and newsletters
  • Pre-Conference Social Media Campaign (beginning in early October) promoting organization promotional content coordinated with MASN Communications Team.  These will be part of a weekly social media promotional campaign and repeated in MASN’s Pipeline (approximately 6 weeks piror to MOSAC)
  • Logo option for conference t-shirt sleeve, bag, or lanyard
  • Recognition at every general session and meal for being the premier sponsor and will have the opporunity to speak 2-3 minutes and or share a video at each general session
  • Double exhibitor booth space, registration for up to 6 attendees

 

Exhibitors

  • Base price to be an Exhibitor is $400 with 1 registration and meals included.
  • Exhibits will open at 10:00 AM Friday and will run through 3:15 PM Saturday.
  • Exhibitors can choose to upgrade with these amenities:
    • Double booth space for $200
    • Additional registration with meals included for $150 per person
